Plastic Injection Moulding
The main area of our activity is making technical components from plastics by single- component or two-component injection moulding (2K) technology. We are also specialists in the overmoulding of metal inserts and other types of inserts. We use modern technologies and advanced processing machines (including electric injection moulding machines) that allow obtaining high-precision, optical parts, thin- and thick-walled components, foam core layers and others. We also offer low-pressure injection moulding based on the Reactive Injection Moulding (RIM) technology and overmoulding of electronic components by Hotmelt Moulding (HM). We process by injection moulding thermoplastic engineering materials, dyed plastics, plastics with and without fibre reinforcement or modified with various functional additives.
